Business Plan Services
Robinson 360° is a small business consulting firm specializing in helping owners secure financing in order to grow their business and improve their bottom line by preparing comprehensive business plans for lenders.
In the current economy, obtaining financing for
a startup or for growing an existing business can be tricky. Therefore,
it's important to have a professionally written business plan when
approaching lenders, since this document usually serves as the first
introduction to potential investors.
An effective business plan portrays a story about how your business expects to achieve success. Not only is it instrumental in securing financing, but it also serves as a guide for you and your management team to follow. It provides a logical framework for developing the company's strategies over the next 3-5 years.
The type of business plan you may need depends on such factors as:
- The state of the business (startup or existing company)
- Financing situation
- Potential for growth
- The main objective of the business plan
- Type of business or industry
- The size of the business
The average size of a business plan is usually 30-40 pages and includes a competitive analysis, target market, industry trends, sources and uses of funds. Our sole goal is to create a successful argument supporting the notion that you are able to start and operate a business in this sector – and that you can do so in way that will generate profits for you and any prospective lenders and investors. Call the professionals at Robinson 360° for what we can do for you.
Feasibility Studies
A feasibility analysis determines if an enterprise is viable BEFORE time and money is spent doing a full-blown business plan. If you want your project to succeed, it's important to know the cost effectiveness of the approach selected.
Robinson 360° can help you make the right decision. A majority of the information used in the preparation of a feasibility study would be implemented in a subsequent business plan.
FEE STRUCTURE: For business plans, our fees range from $1,700 to $8,500
depending on the complexity of the venture, the ability of the client
to communicate regarding the details of the activities of the proposed
organization, and the degree of cooperation we expect to receive from
the client.
If a client decides to proceed with a business plan, the cost of the
feasibility study will be applied to the business plan's final cost.
The cost of a feasibility study ranges from $1,200 to $7,500 depending
on the same factors for developing a business plan.
Payment terms are flexible and 100% customer satisfaction is guaranteed.
